Who we look for
The technical requirement is straightforward: a current SIA licence in the relevant category, the right to work in the United Kingdom, and a verifiable employment history.
Beyond that, we are looking for people who can hold a professional presence in a client-facing environment. Much of our work is in receptions, lobbies, hotels and private residences, where the officer is the first person a visitor meets. Judgement and manner matter as much as physical capability, and in most situations they matter more.

Our vetting process
Every applicant is screened before deployment. Expect to provide proof of identity, your SIA licence, right to work documents and a full employment history.
The process protects our clients and it protects you. Working alongside colleagues who have been properly screened is part of what makes a site safe.
