What we do
We supply manned guarding, close protection, door supervision, concierge security and mobile patrols to commercial, residential, hospitality and event clients. Some contracts are a single officer on a reception desk. Others are a full team across several sites. The approach does not change with the size of the job.
Every deployment begins with an understanding of the site. What is being protected, who uses the building, what has gone wrong before, and what the client’s own staff are expected to handle. That assessment shapes what we recommend, and it is why we will sometimes propose fewer hours than a client expected to buy.
How we work
In most of the environments where we operate, our officer is the first person a visitor, guest or resident meets. That shapes who we recruit. Officers are selected for judgement and bearing as well as capability, because a security presence that unsettles the people it is meant to reassure has failed at its job.
Officers are briefed on the specific site before their first shift. They are given the client’s standards, the escalation route, and the names of the people they will be working alongside. We place consistent teams wherever the contract allows, so that officers come to know a site properly rather than learning it again every week.
Accountability
Every contract has a named supervisor who is contactable during cover and has authority to make decisions. Patrols are documented, incidents are reported in writing, and licensing and insurance evidence is provided at the start of a contract rather than when a client thinks to ask.
